Essentrics®

Essentrics is a dynamic workout that combines stretching and muscle strengthening to lengthen and tone the body. Inspired by ballet, tai chi and physiotherapy, it improves flexibility, posture and mobility. Its fluid movements activate all the muscles, creating a strong, balanced and tension-free body.

Group classes available

Mondays at 9:00.

Friday at 13:00.

Saturday at 9:00.
